She was predeceased by: her husband Sammie Earl Cummins; and her parents, Johnny W. Frazier and Betty Elizabeth Parsons Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Frances Gaul (Larry) and Keith Cummins of Pascagoula, MS; her grandchildren, Stephanie Barnes, Jodi Nowell (Chris), Jeffrey Cummins (Brittany) and Lindsey West (Tim); her great grandchildren, Ariana Davis, Preston Dizmang, Hadassah Davis, Chris Dizmang, Zachary Nowell, Bethany Nowell, Conner Cummins, Chloe Cummins, Nolan West, Avery West and Leah West; and her great great grandchild Lorelei Davis.
