He is survived by: his sons, Levi Williams (Darla) of Seminary and John Lee Williams (LaShell) of Louin; his mother Shelby Walley Williams of Seminary; his sisters, Sue Sanford (Cody) of Seminary and Jane Collins (Zane) of Seminary; and his grandchildren, Archer Williams of Louin and Kyleigh Williams of Seminary. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
