James Earnest Byrd Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Earnest Byrd of Seminary, Mississippi, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Byrd and Elmer Moss Byrd; his son Barry Delane Byrd; and his brothers, Mack Byrd, Marvin Byrd and Doyle Byrd.
He is survived by: his wife Jewel Coleman Byrd of Seminary; his children, Wayne Byrd (Jennifer) of Seminary and Tammy Byrd Sterling of Seminary; his grandsons, Jeremy Byrd, Sean Byrd, Derek Byrd and Nathanial Sterling; his great grandchildren, Chloe Byrd, Keegan Byrd, Oliver Byrd, Dawson Byrd and Rita Russell; and his siblings, Ray Byrd of Seminary, J. W. Byrd of Seminary, Betty Jo Ross of Collins and Lois Boleware of Seminary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
