It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Leigh Culpepper Sanford of Seminary, Mississippi, born in Collins, Mississippi, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hershel Sanford; her parents, Eugene Edmond Culpepper and Sarah Edna Thompson Culpepper; and her siblings, William Edward Culpepper, Wilton Culpepper, Rayford Culpepper, Leon Culpepper, Jimmy Culpepper, Willie Ree Culpepper Proctor and Bobbie Culpepper Robinson.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Hershel Sanford of Seminary, Richard Terry Sanford of Seminary and Roger Neil Sanford (Jill) of Seminary; her grandchildren, Adaira Graves (Aaron), Kaleigh Sanford (Aaron Leath), Adam Sanford and Shella Kitchens (Clayton) of Captain James; her great grandchildren, Dallas Gatwood, Olivia Ford, Jenaleigh Kitchens, Molly Graves, Lukas Graves, Bethaneigh Kitchens, Veda Leath, Captain Levi Graves and Lathan Hershel Kitchens; and her pet Sneaky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
