He was predeceased by: his grandson Christopher Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gartman; his children, Gary Murphy (Sheila), Sharon Lowery Turnipseed, Kevin Murphy (Sara) and Tommy Murphy (Mary Ann); his half-brothers, Walt Bolling, Bob Bolling and Steve; his stepsister Ethel Smith; and his brother-in-law Eric Gartman (Becky). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
