It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reid Patton Dorr of Sardis, Mississippi, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Reid Patton Dorr to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father William Hale Dorr; and his wife Joan Herring Dorr. He is survived by: his children, Mary Jo Dorr Cook, Reid Patton "Pat" Dorr, Jr., Olivia "Libby" Dorr and Michael Irving "Mike" Dorr; and his brother William Eugene Dorr. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution in Reid's name can be made to the Sardis United Methodist Church or to Camp Lake Stephens.
