We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2020, at the age of 92, Opal Slaughter (Sardis, Mississippi), born in Middleton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Denie Wilson Foster and Hugh Foster; her husbands, Jack Ray, Sr. and Frank Slaughter; and her brothers, Lee, Parnell, Odis, Harold, Delmar, Jerry and Billy.
She is survived by: her sister Elsie Miller of Tunica, MS..
