He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan Hughes and Mary Hughes (Jenkins); his wife Sharon Hughes; and his grandson Justin Chambers. He is survived by: his children, David Hughes (Rhonda) of Water Valley, Patty Lott (Richard) of Grenada and Sheila Guzman (Isaias) of Michigan City, MS; his grandchildren, Mikey, Ashley, William, Mercy, Alyssa, Austin, Destiny and Chase; and his sister Diane McLemore (Freeman). He is also survived by six great- grandchildren.
