He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Claitor Bailey and Marjorie Roberts Bailey; his sister Katherine Bailey Bradford; and his brother-in-law Lanny Bradford. He is survived by: his brothers, Glenn Bailey (Eleanor) of Batesville, MS and Van Bailey (Ruth) of Enid, MS; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Bailey Rowsey, Victor Bailey (Brandy), Torie Bailey Nabors (Jason), Lisa Bradford Capell (John), Andrea Bradford Townsend (Todd), Brad Bailey (Jenny) and Sara Bailey Russo (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Crowder Baptist Church 300 Perkins St. Crowder, MS or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
