It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Hayes Lee (Sardis, Mississippi), who passed away on August 12, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Max Lee, Sr.; and her daughter Kitty Lee Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Max Lee, Jr. and Anne Lee Schwerdt (Steve); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Lee Poulin (Dan), Ryan Lee, Max C. Lee (Blakeley), Elizabeth Jenkins Jansen (Jack), Kitty Michelle Jenkins Cangelosi (John), Fred Schwerdt and Sarah Schwerdt Kirkpatrick (Trace). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
