He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Vance Cook, Sr. and Helon Hall Cook; and his daughter Cindy Graves. He is survived by: his wife Syble Graves Cook; his daughter Brandie Austin (Theo) of Ripley; and his brothers, William Cook (Mary) of New Albany and Kenny Cook (Betty) of Ripley.
