He is survived by: his wife Marcia L. Pannell of Ripley, MS; his stepsons, Scotty Humphrey of Drayton and Daniel Humphrey (Sam) of Wynn, AR; his children, Lori Young (Terry) of Hernando, MS and Chuck Thompson of Red Banks, MS; and his siblings, Harold Pannell of Ripley, MS and Louise Gates of Ripley, MS. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
