He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Jane Sowell Sullivan; and his grandparents, Pascal Monroe, Geraldine Byrd Sowell, Hubert and Elvira Roberts Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lynn Rose Sullivan; his children, Janson Curtis Sullivan of Jackson and Janna Doris Maxwell (Tyler) of Neely; and his father Kernice William Sullivan (Judy). He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends, family members, and brothers and sisters.
