He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Finley and Eula Todd Finley; his wife Wilma Ward; his parents-in-law, Delma and Attie Ward (Douglas); his grandsons, Greg Finley and Joe Finley; his great grandchildren, Landen Finley and Grayson Finley; his daughter-in-law Kaye Cummings Finley; and his siblings, Melba Smith, Ruby Tutor, Irma Winter, Dell Ward, Marvin Finley, Jack Finley and Gene Finley.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Finley (Bubba), Sherald Finley (Faye), Gerald Finley (Kaye), Billy Finley, Donnie Finley, Champ Finley (Kim), Elouise Angle (Johnny), Judy Luttrell (Tommy), Janet Sartin (Chad) and Joy Vanlandingham (Jon); and his grandsons, Mike, Jason Angle, Lane, Derick Finley, Dusty, Rusty Finley, Trae, Tanner Luttrell, Collin Sartin and Jeremy Vanlandingham. He is also survived by 8 brothers-in-law and sister-in-law. And a whole host of nieces and nephews.
