He is survived by: his children, Shelia Snipes (Kenney), Scotty Pannell (Nellie), Janie Foreman (Daniel), Teresa Tittle and Pam Gray (Carrie); and his brother Leon Pannell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
