He is survived by: his wife Roberta Garner; his sons, Robert Luther Garner Sr. (Laura) and Charles Larry Garner (Kelly); his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Kelly (Charlotte), Ann Reed (Roger) and Beth Crumpton; his nieces, Priscilla Garner and Kathy Wells; and his nephew James Larry Garner (Patsy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
