She was predeceased by: her husband J. D. Belcher; her parents, Thomas V. Pace and Maggie Mitchell Pace (Mitchell); and her siblings, Lewis Smiley, Thomas E. Pace, Erby Pace, Lorene Anderson and Frances Long.

She is survived by: her stepson Jerry Dale Belcher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
