He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Allen and Marjorie Allen (Jennings); and his brother Curtis Howard Allen. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Allen; his children, Stacey Adele Sims (Cory), Jeffrey Marcus Allen and John Michael Allen; his sister Judy Wilson (Jan); and his grandchildren, Abigail Marie Sims, Nicholas Allen Sims and Ellie Victoria Allen.
