He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Theresa Hayes. He is survived by: his parents, Almon "Sonny" Hayes (Iwana) and Carroll Porter (Walker); his daughter Kimberly M. Ellis; his sisters, Sherry Hayes and Kelly McQueen; his nephews, Josh Hayes and Samuel McQueen; his stepbrother Glenn Howard; and his aunt Carolyn Kennedy (Junior).
Memorials are suggested to the East Pleasant Grove Building Fund.
