He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lee Williams and Olivia Jane Williams (Cranford); his former wife Yvonne Williams; his wife Mary Ann Williams; his son Shane Lee Williams; his siblings, Bobby Ray Williams, James "Willie" Williams, Curly Williams and Sarah Williamson; and his sister-in-law Frances Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Kay Williams (Michael), Wayne Williams and Ray Williams; his brother Johnny Williams (Faye); and his siblings-in-law, Harris, Jerry Wilder (Kay), Martha Williams and Karen Williams. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 20 Great-grandchildren.
