It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Elliott Riley of Quitman, Mississippi, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Calvin Riley and Doffie Lucille Riley (Young); his former wife Frances Geneva Riley; his son James E. Riley; and his siblings, Lem David Riley and Evelyn Elizabeth Dearman.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Holloman Riley; his children, Ray Riley (Wanda), Rodney Riley (Jayne), Randy Barnes (Dianne), Bill Holloman, Brenda Dearman, Shirley Taylor (Ed Jr.) and Christy McDaniel (Harold); and his brothers, Wayne Riley (Norma), Carey Riley (Jennifer) and Jack Riley. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 26 Great-Grandchildren, 10 Great-Great Grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
