He was predeceased by: his parents, Everin Clayton Neal and Claudia Lorene Cooper Neal; his grandson Jason Daniel Waller; and his siblings, Junior Neal, Charles Neal, Talmadge "Fats" Neal, John D. Neal, Wayne Neal, Carolyn Raines, Dorothy Sue Collins, Marie Johnson and Barbara Sue Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Floy Pearl Johnson "Flo" Neal of Quitman, MS; his daughters, Melissa Lynn Neal of Quitman, MS, Carol Sue Neal of Enterprise, MS, Rennie Michelle Brewer (Oscar) of Stonewall, MS and Amy Jean Neal of Enterprise, MS; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Andrew Waller, Stephanie Michelle Sanderford (Joe), Katelyn Renae Robinson and Jason Daniel Pierce.
