He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lehr and Francis Webb Lehr; and his brothers, Ronald Lehr and Arthur Lehr. He is survived by: his wife Kathy E. Lehr; and his children, John Ohler Kramer III (Staci), Brian Weeks Kramer (Ellen Marie) and Kimberlee Loisel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
