He is survived by: his children, Lester Kuykendall (Patricia), Michael Kuykendall (Lisa) and Mary Trahan; his brother Donald Schuler (Jane); his grandchildren, Nina, Lester, Jr. (Whitney), Brandon (Kayla) and Megan; his great grandchildren, Chasity, Brookley, Kayden, Kayleigh, Branson, Addison, Haven and Blakelyn; his nephew Robert (Christine); and his cousin Polly Morris.
