He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Earl Tarver and Ruby Frierson Tarver; and his daughter Tonya Malley. He is survived by: his wife Regina Tarver; his children, Tania Stockstill (Mark), Tony Tarver, Lesli Jordan (Josh) and Kelsi Malley (CJ Leslie); his brother Ray Tarver (Debbie); his grandchildren, Brock Malley, Torie Spiers and Ethan Stockstill; and his great grandchildren, Khloey and Kohen. He is also survived by many many cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
