He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Philip Lemmler and Lucy Comeaux Lemmler; his son Alvin E. Lemmler, Jr.; his siblings, Philip H. Lemmler, Dolores McCaleb and Rose Christine; and his siblings-in-law, Carole Lemmler, Joan H. Lemmler, Joseph E. McCaleb, Sr. and Chris Christine.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Muth Lemmler; and his stepchildren, Ferril St (Brandi), Allison Prendergast (Mike) and Michelle Hanning (Chad). He is also survived by six step-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
