He is survived by: his wife Leah Rae "Holly" Mills of Perkinston; his children, Donald Mills (Lisa) of Michigan, Tracy Shachtay of Ohio, Donna Tittle (Jeff) of Michigan, Scott Mills of Illinois and Paul Mills (Karla) of Illinois; his daughter-in-law Marilyn Nelson; his sister Marilyn McClellan of Ohio; his grandchildren, Aaron, Ashley, Alan, Alyssa, Jamie, Andrew, James, Steven, Zachary, Joshua and Allison; his great grandchildren, Ariah, Christopher, Aubree, Sophia, Molly, Emalyn, Jeffery, Evangeline, Chase and Kadyn; and his close friends, Danny Odum and Lori Odum.
