He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Purvis and Inez Purvis; and his brother Eugene Purvis. He is survived by: his siblings, David Henry Purvis of Pearl, MS, Jerry Purvis of Brandon, MS and Joann Phillips of Polkville, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
