She was predeceased by: her parents, Henton Thornton and Virginia Thornton; her husband T. D. McKay; her daughter Donna Faye; her son-in-law Howard Till; her son Terrel McKay; and her grandsons, Derek and Dwayne Till.
She is survived by: her son Paul McKay (Allyson); her daughter-in-law Susan McKay; and her grandchildren, Dexter Till (Cathy), Doug Till (Kim), Warren McKay (Beth), Annie McKay, Jennifer McKay and Jessi McKay. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great- grandchildren.
