He is survived by: his wife Libby Phillips; his children, Gina Ramsey (Terry), Michael McKannon (Linda), Debra Campbell (Tony), Kenneth Phillips, Darlene Williamson, Jenny Coward (Michael), Tracy Phillips (Vicki) and Clark Phillips (Katrina); his grandchildren, Jason England (Cassie), Daniel England, Beth Walgamotte (Tony), Travis Holloman, Lauren Snell (Eric), Zachary Ramsey, McKenzie Rufer (Josh), Jackson "Lee" Phillips, B. J. Williamson, Hope Williamson, Chris Phillips (Brittney), Kirkland Phillips, Tabitha Phillips and Annie Coward; his grandchildren-in-law, Harrison Varner and Kimberly Cochran; and his great grandchildren, Byron, Zoe England, Devin, Annalyce England, Aiden Walgamotte, Charlotte Michaels, Isaac Snell, Aniken Williamson, Kirsten, Marrissa Williamson, Brayden and Adalyn Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other children.
