He was predeceased by: his parents, G. D. Burnham and Lucille Watson Burnham; and his sisters, Myrtle Pace and Lynda Burnham. He is survived by: his wife OlaMae Denson Burnham; his children, Shirley Burnham of San Antonio, TX, Pattie Jordan of Pelahatchie, Glenda Hazelwood (Mel) of Pelahatchie and Terry Burnham (Paula) of Clinton; and his siblings, Loraine Milton of Florence, Lennis Burnham (Sybil) of Pelahatchie, Jack H. Burnhan (Frances) of Tupelo and Henry Burnham (Mary) of Pelahatchie. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
