He was predeceased by: his daughter Robin Robinson; his grandson Charles Earl Langley; and his parents, John Watts and Letha M. Nations Watts. He is survived by: his wife Edna Morris Watts; and his children, Charles Watts, Jr., Barry Watts, Ricky Watts (Angela) and Elizabeth Watts. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
