He is survived by: his mother Gina Anne Lewis of Brandon, MS; his children, Braxton Chase Lewis and Stella Claire Lewis of Pelahatchie, MS; his grandparents, Homer Lewis, Jr. and Phyllis Lewis of Pelahatchie, MS; his uncle Homer M. Lewis (Libby) of Philadelphia, MS; his cousin Megan Marie Lewis (Robbie); and his children, Brittany Elizabeth Shaffer (Will), Aaron, Trinity and Coltyn.
