He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Caroline Boon; his daughter Connie Jo Denton Bradshaw; his father Frank Denton; his wife Ellie Denton; and his siblings, Monroe Earl Denton, James Edward Denton, Woodie Zebbie Denton, Otis Caley Denton, Bobby Lee Denton, Lucille McGough and Emma Sudie Limbaugh.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Theresa Denton, Dorothy Denton Singleton, Frances McGough Bigby, Edward Denton, Dalton Denton, Clarke Denton, Douglas Denton, Ricky Denton, Robert Denton and Oscar McGough.
