We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Michael Mate of Pass Christian, Mississippi, born in South Bend, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Mate and Alice Mate; and his son Michael G. Mate, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sue Steady Mate of Pass Christian; his children, Jonathan and Kristie Montefusco (Brandon) of Long Beach; his grandchildren, Hunter, Grace, Jonathan, Abel, Julius, Eli, Liam, Zoe' and Maverick; and his brothers, Stephen Mate, Jr. of Texas and George Mate (Belinda) of Pass Christian. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and his feisty, loyal dog.
