He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Caveness and Irene Phillips Caveness; and his stepfather John Caveness. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his daughter Leslie McCormick (Jason); his grandson Lane Henry McCormick of Oxford; his sisters, Donna Kelly (Keith) of Rienzi, MS and Ann Frost (Billy) of Molton, AL; his brother-in-law Ken Goodwin (Teresa) of Booneville, MS; and his nephews, Jason Frost, Brian Kelly, Wesley Goodwin, Connor Goodwin, Matthew VanOekel and Greg VanOekel. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews.
