He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmy Ivy and George "Wash" Ivy; and his siblings, Knox, Jean Ivy Mask and James.
He is survived by: his wife Donna of Oxford; his sons, Randy (Lisa) of Oxford and Stephen (Kristen) of Wichita, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Mary Randall Ivy, Clay Ivy and Annabelle Ivy.
