She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Madden Stacey and Georgia Green Stacey of Virginia; her spouse Curly T. Vinson; and her children, Georgia Sue Evans and Harold Dean Nicholson, Jr. (Marjorie).

She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Vinson (Quma) of Olive Branch, MS, Terry Vinson of Shelbyville, TN and Thomas Nicholson (Debra) of Batesville, MS. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
