She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carle Finke, Sr. (Willie) and Alvie Josephine Finke (Miller); her husband William Richard Trott (Dick); and her siblings, Katherine Westbrook and William Carl "Bill" Finke, Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, John Michael Trott (Angie) and Andrew Timothy Trott; her stepchildren, Steven R. Trott, Connor, Ella Jane, Preston and Caren T. Robbins; and her sister-in-law Dr. Judith D. Trott.
