It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Lee Hill of Olive Branch, Mississippi, born in Bay, Arkansas, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Hill and Walter Hill; his wife Margie Ruth Hill; and his siblings, Irene Wells, Pearl Turman, Lucillie Knight, Jenete Furniss, J. C. Hill, Howard Hill and Calvin Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Watkins (Paul) of Olive Branch, Rodney Hill (Kim) of New Albany, MS and Daniel Hill (Cynthia) of Olive Branch; and his brother Tellis Lee Hill (Christine) of Jacksonville, AR.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of traditional flowers, memorials in honor of Mr. Roy Lee Hill may be made to Cross Life Church in Byhalia or Breast Cancer Awareness.
