He is survived by: his children, Mark Hayes (Amy) and Dee Thomas (Donald); his grandchildren, Savannah Thomas and Matthew Hayes; and his siblings, Joyce Vote (Norm), Janice Grenko (Edward), Linda Paris (Wayne), Laura Ocker (Edward), Paul Hayes and Richard Hayes.
