He is survived by: his wife Denise Kitchen; his stepsons, Jeremy Matthews (Emily) and Brian; his sons, Monty Kitchen (Capprice) and Jeremy Kitchen (Beth); his stepdaughter Melissa Mayfield (Jay); his sister Jean Crabtree (Jerry); and also Mike Kitchen (Susan).
