Hoover; his father-in-law John Wayne Austin; his wife Debra Kaye Hoover of Franklin, TN; his sons, Austin Hoover of Franklin, TN and Dylan Hoover (Sarah) of Madison, MS; his sister Debbie Hoover Shaw (Bud) of Olive Branch, MS; his mother-in-law Jimmie Kaye Daniel Austin of Randolph, MS; and his brothers-in-law, Danny Austin and John David Austin of Randolph, MS..
