He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet Leon Carney, Sr. and Frances Evelyn Carney (Shields). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carney (Ross); his children, Jennifer Shea, Stephanie Daily, Clay Carney, Matthew Carney and Kelley Wildeman; and his siblings, Sandra Webb, Debbie Lillard and Robert Carney. He is also survived by grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
