Elizabeth Morris Chapell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Morris Chapell of Olive Branch, Mississippi, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 5, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wayman G. Chapell; her parents, Margaret Rouser Freels and William Guthrie Freels; her siblings, William Guthrie Freels, Jr. and Ellen Leslie Wier; and her grandsons, Avery Thomas Maestri and Harley-David Chapell.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon Chapell (Lynn), Gary Chapell (Pennye), Brian Chapell (Kathleen), Jeffrey Chapell, Shannon Chapell (Rachael) and Cynthia Maestri (Wayne). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
