He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Miller and Kathryn "Kay" Miller. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Endt Miller; his children, Karly Goozee (Jeff) and Blake Miller; his stepchildren, Andrew Chandler and Georgia Kate Chandler; his stepgrandchildren, Addilynn, Brooks and Wade Emerson; and his brother Craig Miller (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
