He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Azalean McCready. He is survived by: his pet Georgia; his wife Rachel Clark Parker McCready; his son Philip David McCready, Jr. (Jacqueline); his stepchildren, Sarianna Parker and Dana Rae Parker; his son-in-law Milo Dittrich; and his granddaughters, Hannah, Olivia and Briana McCready.
