It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Foster (Ocean Springs, Mississippi), born in Biloxi, Mississippi, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hebert and Stella Hebert; her siblings, Viola Thompson, Herman, Harold, Hillius, Wilkes and Louis, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Ed Thompson, Charles Bosarge, Sibyl Hebert and Patsy Hebert.
She is survived by: her siblings, Melvin Hebert, James Hebert (Margaret) and Mercedes Bosarge. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Due to current Covid-19 pandemic and local health mandates a service will be held at a later date.
