He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clifton Seay and Diann Seay; his brothers, Ronnie Seay and Anthony Tanner; and his stepfather Jessie Tanner.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Robin Greathouse; his sons, David Seay (Ashlee) and Wyatt Seay; his sisters, Pam Dalton (Gary), Tina Laufhutte (Bill) and Jessica Seay; his grandchildren, Lennon Seay and Avery Seay; his nieces and nephews, Morgan Laufhutte, Jalynn Seay, Arianna Reddix, David Dalton, Gary Lee Dalton, Alisa Dalton and Cody Tanner; and his friend Anthony Hesler. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
