He is survived by: his children, Florice Norwood (Roger) of Byram, MS., Velma Bright, Cynthia Kelly, Katrina Spiva, Robert Spiva, Jr. (Angela) of Jackson, MS and Shaun Spiva (Consuela) of Jackson, MS; and his siblings, Ruth Thompson of Rochester, NY., John Daniels Spiva of Rochester, NY. and James Howard Spiva (Emma) of Jackson, MS.. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and other Cousins.
